Power Yoga On the Go

I giggled, then I did it. Sean is funny - whether this is intentional or not, I'm not sure...but he's also a great instructor. This is 5 minutes of Power Yoga and you will need:
  •  a mat or carpeted area
  • some experience in yoga
  • five minutes
