10 Minutes to Sculpted Arms

Andrea Orbeck takes this 10 minute arm workout. She's a Nike trainer and celebrity trainer (if that means anything to you!) Her moves are deceptively simple but she gives great technique pointers and if you're doing this video in a small space (ie. your loungeroom or a motel) all you need is two dumbbells. Perfect.
