Tricep Pushup to Single Arm Row
- wrists holding weights in tricep pushup position (wrists in direct line under the shoulders),
- lower until elbows are 90 degrees,
- push up to starting position
- raise left elbow, activating rear shoulder muscles, squeeze, return
- repeat, alternate arms!
